Pre-Order Policy
At NZ Figuarts, we understand the excitement of getting your hands on the latest collectible items before they're officially released. That's why we offer preorders to our valued customers. Preordering allows you to secure your piece by paying a 30% deposit of the full price.
Preorders are particularly important for limited edition items as they tend to sell out quickly. By preordering, you can ensure that you don't miss out on the chance to own that special piece.
Please note that the supply quantity of preordered items may change without notice from the manufacturer/supplier. In such instances, your order quantity may be reduced or canceled in entirety. Rest assured that we'll do our best to communicate any changes and keep you informed throughout the process.

Cancellation
All pre-order is non-refundable and non-transferable, but you always get 3 days grace period for all pre-orders.
Pre-order deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable due to insufficient funds or overdue payment for more than 15 days after notification.
3 days grace period - If you changed your mind, then you may cancel your order without penalty if it is within 3 days of placing it.
Deposits
Pre-order items generally have the option to either pay in full or pay a 30% deposit to secure the item and then pay the remaining balance upon arrive to our supplier.
All pre-order deposits are used to secures your particular piece, but it is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please make sure you read and understand the pre-order policy before placing order, as we also need to pay non-refundable deposit to our suppliers to secure the items for all pre-order items.
The deposit will be fully refunded only if NZ Figurats is not able to fulfill the order due to limited supply sometime. We might also have option trying to fulfill for next release if there are multiple production chains.
Notification
Once item ready to fulfill, we will sending notification via sms/email to pre-order buyers, then there will be 15 days for buyers to pay the remaining balance to fulfill the items, any overdue payment will be a failure fulfillment, and the pre-order deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
There might be some reason that buyer not receiving notifications, so we always recommend to follow our website or facebook page which will keep posting the preorder notifications.
Please make sure to leave the correct mobile number and email for all the pre-orders, and keep check the spam or junk mail as sometimes the notification might not arrive into your mailbox.
Release Date
Please note that pre-order dates are estimates only and subject to change without notice. These estimates are based on the best information that we have available at the time. These changes are beyond our control and due to the discretion of our distributors and the manufacturers.
Our release date might differ to the release date from the manufacturer’s website, please consider shipping duration for the products to arrive at our warehouse.
Due to the fact that preorder product arrival dates are estimates only and can be affected by events beyond our control, we do not recommend purchasing preorder products for birthdays or other special occasions.
Change In Price
If the pre-order item price increases on arrival, we will still honor the price at the time you made your purchase regardless of whether you paid in full or a deposit to secure the piece.
However, we do, from time to time, need to increase prices on arrival and those that have not pre-ordered the piece will be subject to that new price when it is made “In Stock” on the website.
Fulfillment
Fulfillment will usually take 2 months period due to the international shipping from our supplier to New Zealand. We will pass to the NZ post priority delivery once arrival and customs clearance. The estimated timeline might be differ due to the holidays and customs clearance.
