At NZ Figuarts, we strive to ensure that all of our customers can find the collectibles they are looking for. If an item you have ordered is not currently in stock, we will place it on back order and notify you of the estimated delivery time.

Once your order payment is confirmed, we will aim to have your order picked and packed within 5 business days, as we have international ship departures every week. If you just missed the ship when placing your order, you may have to wait up to two weeks. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

You will receive an email confirmation once the ship departs, and a NZ Post tracking number will be allocated to your order. Please note that delays may occur around holidays.

Once the item arrives in New Zealand and is waiting for clearance, we will notify you. The NZ Post tracking will also begin to update once the item has cleared customs and is handed over to NZ Post.

Please be aware that remote deliveries may be subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

All deliveries from NZ Post require a signature. Please make sure to check the parcel when you receive it, and contact us immediately if the parcel is damaged. Any opened items will not be considered as shipping damage, so please leave the item unopened and contact us to investigate.

Shipping Fee

Domestic Shipping

For all items that available or arriving to our local stock.

For all pre-order items.

  • Flat rate $9.9 NZD for orders below 3kg
  • Additional $3.99 NZD per 2kg for orders over 3kg
  • Free Domestic shipping for the orders over $200 NZD

International Sea Freight (4 to 6 weeks)

We trying our best to reduce the shipping for kiwis to get rare items, so we use sea freight shipping for all order which hand over to NZ post signature prioritised shipping once arrived New Zealand. We are trying to manage the flat rate to as low as possible as the standard domestic shipping cost.

  • Flat rate $9.9 NZD for orders below 2kg
  • Additional $4.99 NZD per 1kg for orders over 2kg
  • Free standard shipping for the orders over $200 NZD

* The weight might be differ due to the oversize items.

* We usually calculate the size weight =  length * width * high (cm) / 5000.

International Air Freight (1 to 2 weeks)

Air freight is available for an option, many weight of the items are estimated especially for the pre-order ones. We might charge more or less on the shipping fee. But if we charge more than actual cost, please let us know, we will refund you as store credits. All less charged fee, will take care of it, unless it exceed over $30, we will contact you to arrange sea freight if possible.

  • Flat rate $19.9 NZD for orders below 0.5kg
  • Additional $9.99 NZD per 0.5kg
  • $9.9 discounts on shipping for the orders over $200 NZD

Dispatch for Back Orders

Once your order payment is confirmed, We will aim to your order picked and packed within 5 business days, as we have international ship departure every week. You might get waiting for two weeks if just missed the ship when placing the order.

You will receive an email confirmation once it the ship departure and a NZ post tracking will be allocate to your order. Delays may occur around holidays. 

Once item arrived NZ and Waiting for Clearance you will get notified. And the NZ post tracking will also start to update once finished customs clearance and hand over to NZ post.

Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

Insurance

If you have any concerns about the postal services in your area, we suggest you contact us for insurance. Our logistic partner will provide insurance for all parcels below the value of $400 NZD. 

In the unlikely event of your parcel being stolen or lost in transit, we will contact the shipping courier to lodge an investigation. The courier will determine if your parcel has been stolen or lost in transit, and if necessary, we will pay out the insured amount once the investigation is complete. If your parcel is insured against theft or loss, we will replace your items or refund the value of the item (excluding postage & insurance fee).

*Please Note* If you didn’t purchase ‘LOST COVER’ at checkout, your parcel is not insured against theft or loss, NZ Figuarts will not be responsible for any lost items once the item leaves our facility and is in the hands of the courier. You might need to contact the courier and lodge investigation by yourself for lost items.

Lost Cover Insurance Rate :

  • 3% of the item value (In order to claim for any compensations, the item must be declared in its full value.)
  • The insurance covers up to $400 NZD

* We don’t provide insurance for orders over $400 NZD, however, we are happy to split the order into smaller parcels to reduce the value of individual parcel in order to covered by insurance.
