At NZ Figuarts, our mission is to bring rare and hard-to-find collectible figures to New Zealand collectors at fair prices — with a focus on keeping shipping costs as low as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, good figures are worth the wait!

Dispatch & Order Processing

  • Once payment is confirmed, we aim to have your order picked and packed within 5 business days.

  • Our sea freight shipments depart weekly, but if you’ve just missed a shipment, your order may wait up to two weeks for the next departure.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has departed, and a NZ Post tracking number will be assigned to your parcel.

  • Once your parcel arrives in New Zealand and clears customs, tracking will begin to update via NZ Post.

  • All NZ deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Please inspect the parcel before opening. Opened items will not be accepted as shipping-damaged.

New Zealand Shipping

  • Flat Rate: $9.90 NZD for orders under 2kg

  • Extra Weight: $4.99 NZD per additional 1kg over 2kg

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $200 NZD

Note: Final weight is based on volumetric weight, calculated as:
Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 5000

Australia Shipping

We offer shipping to Australia via:

  • DHL Express

  • NZ Post International

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Global Shipping

We offer international shipping via DHL Express. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

Remote & Rural Deliveries

Some rural or remote areas in New Zealand may experience extended delivery times due to local carrier schedules. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
