We offer free shippings for all orders above $200 NZD.
- Flat rate $9.9 NZD for orders below 2kg
- Additional $4.99 NZD per 1kg for orders over 2kg
* The weight might be differ due to the oversize items.
* We usually calculate the size weight = length * width * high (cm) / 5000.

Pre-Orders
A Preorder is an item that has not yet released items or arrived to our warehouse, but you can pre-purchase it to secure your piece by paying 30% of full price.
Preorders are particularly important for limited release items, as sometimes we may presell out of an item, so preordering will be the only way to ensure you can buy that piece.
Please note that supply quantity is subject to change without notice by the manufacturer/supplier. In such instances, your order quantity may be reduced or canceled in entirety.
* All pre-order is non-refundable and non-transferable, but you always get 3 days grace period for all pre-orders.

As we managing our warehouse overseas, all the pre-order and stocked items are not able to be return if you change your mind.
However, we have domestic office which might be able to take returns for MAJOR faulty items. Please find the Defective or Damaged items section.
